In the Lab :)

So I haven't posted in a looong time. There is no excuse for this. My days merge constantly and sleep is more of an intermission than a cycle. The new year came in like a train through a pigeon and I have lost sight of my personal goals. It was this month that I realized I need a change in my life, soon. So this year I aim to graduate and get out of Saint Augustine. My time here has been grand but I need to get out and explore the world. The end of summer is my goal, My days are spend packed with finishing up my classes and making the final preparations necessary to move on as well as saving every dime I can. On a lighter note I got my planted aquarium up and running again with some cool ideas in mind for the future. Montage is still running solid, but it, like other aspects of my life, need work. Been listening to BOC-Pete standing alone all day such a good song, it helps me best to think or not be awake.

Shuttle launch

This summer is taking a toll on my body and my sanity. If I'm not rummaging about my salad cooler at Gypsy cab with hopes of finding the spring salad mix, I'm throwing together Rainbow rolls at Spy in actual seconds. If I am online, somewhere somehow constantly searching blogs and listening to Internet pod casts to find the good stuff so I can keep Montage going. So needless to say I have had less amounts of time to keep my life in order. I am still taking photos and have many to share; I am going to make a really big post at the end of this month with all of my summer photos. But until then I managed to get the film developed from the May 14 shuttle launch. My sister and I took a trip down to Kennedy to see Space shuttle Atlantis launch for STS-132. I was shooting with my Nikon F70.

A Flyer I made for Monday Nights. This one was done in a really big rush so I wasn't able to go too crazy with it before I needed all off them sent off to print. The next one will be holographic and have giraffes. Aside from wasting my life in Adobe Photoshop I go in for a new job rolling sushi tomorrow(today). It's a new place downtown called "SPY", very loungy/vampire club inside and they play some dark electronic music so its kinda sweet. So as of now I have three sources of income \0/ , Ben your a madman.

It is a very funny thing wearing a mask........if you are not silent you will miss the suprise!

This past two weeks have been a ton of fun. Aside of putting together a 6x4 ft canvas for the wall in my living room, I got to play dodgeball for a change. It was good to see some familiar faces. Got some shots of Kevin and Dan tearing it up. I also got shots of Dan doing some Parkour. I messed around with the settings on my camera to get some long exposures while I hold a held L.E.D up to the lens. I tried my best to draw a giraffe. This Friday My sister and I are going to Titusville to see the shuttle take off. Sadly one of the last launches we may ever get a chance to see.
